Compensation and Benefits Analyst

The Compensation and Benefits Analyst will administer the company’s compensation and benefit plans and programs to meet our strategy. The analyst will maintain base salary, incentive plans and commission program, as well as manage internal equity in a pay for performance philosophy environment. The analyst will also be responsible for benefits administration.
