Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our team in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral analysis, program development, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in implementing ABA therapy programs.
Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.
Lead team meetings, providing guidance and support to therapy staff.
Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and professional standards related to ABA therapy practice.
Contribute to the professional development and training of staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification and in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Master's degree or higher in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing and implementing ABA therapy programs for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to supervise and mentor therapy staff effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to collaborative care.
Knowledge of current research and best practices in ABA therapy.
