Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our team in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral analysis, program development, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.

  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in implementing ABA therapy programs.

  • Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.

  • Lead team meetings, providing guidance and support to therapy staff.

  • Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and professional standards related to ABA therapy practice.

  • Contribute to the professional development and training of staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification and in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

  • Master's degree or higher in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing ABA therapy programs for individuals with developmental disabilities.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to supervise and mentor therapy staff effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to collaborative care.

  • Knowledge of current research and best practices in ABA therapy.
